The complementary breakfast and gym access were nice touches, and the location was very convenient for exploring the city. the staff were friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made us feel welcome.
Our room wasn't as clean as we had hoped and the Wi-Fi was spotty at best. We also had some issues with noise from outside, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

The hotel was located just across the port of the lake in a remote area, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast had a variety of Ethiopian options as well as eggs and bread for non-Ethiopian eaters. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, willing to assist with any needs. The cleanliness was impressive, with maids cleaning the room daily and changing towels.
Couldn't fault.

This hotel has exclusive amenities that exceed luxury expectations. the spa and wellness center offer steam rooms, body scrubs, and beauty treatments. the leisure and TV room provide a comfortable area to unwind. the sun terrace and garden area are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. the restaurant serves delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area is the perfect place to enjoy your favorite drink. the location offers easy access to popular tourist attractions.
Although this hotel is perfect, a minor downside is that the internet connection is slow and can be inconvenient.

My weekend stay was amazing! The rooms were clean and cozy, with plenty of space for me and my partner. We loved the beautiful view of the lake from the balcony, and the hot water shower was just perfect for the chilly weather. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options to start our day, and the staff were very kind and prompt in serving us. The best part was the prime location, just a short walk away from the liveliest bars and restaurants in the area and easy access to transportation.
There were a few minor drawbacks to our stay. The gym and spa services were advertised as included, but we were told it was an additional cost upon arrival.

The hotel had a stunning location, with a view of the waterfront and easy access to local bars and restaurants. the room was spacious and well-appointed, with great amenities like an edgeless bathroom mirror and plush towels.
The staff sometimes struggled with communicating in English, which made it difficult to ask for help with things like the unreliable internet.

We had an exceptional stay at Unison Hotel And Spa. The free airport shuttle was a great convenience and the location, just a few minutes walk from the lake, was excellent. The daily housekeeping kept our room fresh and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were especially grateful for the assistance of Alex, who arranged an amazing day trip for us to Blue Nile Falls and the monasteries at Lake Tana. If you're in need of a tour guide, I highly recommend him. I would highly recommend this hotel.
